Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I view your paintings?

Most of my available paintings can be viewed at my studio in Greystones. If you are in the area, please get in touch and we can arrange a viewing. For news and updates on displayed artworks and upcoming exhibitions, please check my instagram page.

Where do you ship?

I ship worldwide, the postage will be calculated based on the size of the package at checkout. If you cannot find your country, please reach out via the contact form. I offer free shipping to the EU/UK and free delivery in County Wicklow and South County Dublin. The option for delivery will be given at checkout and I will be in touch afterwards to arrange the delivery.

How are the paintings shipped?

Due to the unique technique and texture, the paintings have to be shipped stretched and cannot be rolled. They are carefully wrapped and the package is insured for its full value. This may lead to slightly higher shipping costs outside of the EU.

Where do you collect the materials that you use in your artworks?

Most of my materials (sand, dried seaweeds, seashells, fishing ropes) are collected on local beaches in Wicklow such as Greystones South Beach, Brittas Bay, Kilcoole and Newcastle. I often find pieces on trips around Ireland, so feel free to ask me if you want to know the exact location.

Are the paintings framed or unframed?

If you are purchasing a painting via the online store, you will have the option to purchase your painting unframed or framed. I use light but sturdy fir wood frames (example here). I also offer the option to have them hand-painted in either black or white satin finish. If you are looking for different frame options, you can buy the painting unframed or reach out via the contact form, and we can discuss further options.

Do you do commissions?

Yes, I do commissions. If you have an idea that fits my style, please get in touch via the contact form or by email and we can discuss the options. Please note that the maximum size for a single painting that I can currently offer is 1.2×1.5m. If you would like to fill a larger space, we can discuss the possibility of a Diptych or a Triptych.

How does the commission process work?

Please get in touch with your idea. This can be a reference painting or simply a colour or vibe you would like to bring into your space. If you live in the area, I can personally measure and check the placement. If you decide to go with a commission, I will charge a small, non-refundable deposit and will keep you involved in the process. Once you’re happy with the final painting(s), you will be charged the full amount that was agreed upon during the order.

How do I know if the artwork fits into my space?

Always measure the wall space before you decide on an artwork. If you would like a visualisation of the artwork on your wall, please contact me with a photo of your space and your measurements, and I will create a mockup for you.

What is your returns policy?

I strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of the products being original artwork, I do not offer returns. If something should happen to the painting during shipping, it will be fully insured. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, I encourage you to contact me. I will do my best to work with you and resolve any concerns you may have.
